Govardhan Puja - 2023

Govardhana Puja is celebrated in the month of Kartika (October – November) to commemorate the pastime of Lord Sri Krishna lifting the Govardhana Hill to protect the residents of Vrindavana from the wrath of Indra. 

The auspicious day of Govardhan Puja is celebrated with great jubilation in Iskcon Cincinnati. This is one such festival that was started by Lord Krishna himself and following in his footsteps all the devotees observe this joyous festival with great enthusiasm.
